Resolved Question: Ho Chi Minh City Weather?

Im heading to Ho Chi Minh third week of August, but as it is i found out that it is monsoon season from now till november. And i checked the site over at weather.com, most days are labelled 'Scattered T-Storm' with 60% precipitation coverage. So should i change my country location? And does it mean the 60% scattered t-storm will affect my sightseeing and adventure?? I just need a few days away from Singapore. Vietnam and Bangkok is my preference. Any suggestion/feedback?
